I loved that line in the series. God. Book was a great, underscored character. (Not to mention which I watched Barney Miller as a kid, so the actor was someone I knew!)

I love Book - okay, I love all of them - and Ron Glass is just an amazingly nice man. He laughs as though he is so full of joy that it just bubbles out of him. I had the privilege of meeting him (three times!) at GenCon, and again at Dragon*Con, and he's just a doll.
