That's interesting. Last time I ran Chill, I included a shadowy branch of the Church that did much the same thing as SAVE, except of course that they weren't as good at it because their methods and motives were hamstrung by dogma. (SAVE has its issues, too, of course.)

We had one character in the group who was a priest and had washed out of that organization and joined SAVE instead. That was fun.
